Dream Big Fish unites three of Berlins finest improvisers in their quest for playing forward thinking, gritty music. This band is shaping unique worlds of sound through the combination of their individual musical backgrounds and their shared love for improvisation. While constantly challenging each other with new musical ideas, the three musicians draw deep from the trust they built through years of playing together, and from their shared appreciation for black American music. Their self-titled debut album is an exciting insight into their current work.

Dream Big Fish is an international trio based in Berlin. The band consists of three young musicians who found each other through a shared love for improvisation and joy of finding something unique together in the unknown. The music is embracing the individual expression of the three members whilst still showcasing the unity of the trio, and you can hear how the musicians trust, encourage and challenge one another. This harmony of give-and-take arose through extensive hours in the rehearsal room and through many concerts local and abroad, where spontaneous interaction, collective energy and honesty are in the forefront.
